职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责天猫店铺的总体运营，店铺整体策划、活动策划、营销推广，商品上下架及充分利用天猫各种活动资源，完成公司的销售任务；
2、负责天猫促销活动以及活动报名，店铺流量引入、销售转化率的提升；
3、负责每日营销数据、交易数据、商品管理的把控；
4、制定销售推广计划，编制相关计划和预算，并对结果负责执行到位。
任职资格：
1、熟悉电商平台运营规则，对市场营销有较好的认识；
2、具备较强的沟通协调能力，认真细致，抗压力强；
3、学习能力强，逻辑思维清晰，善于归纳总结；
4、数据敏感度高，具备一定的报表制作能力；
5、大专及以上学历，2年及以上电商平台淘宝店铺运营经验优先
