Role Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with Merchandising team as per requirement on fabric/trim purchase.根据业务部的要求进行面辅料的采购进货
2. Follow through all fabric/trim purchase from purchase order placing with suppliers to bulk garment shipping and reconciliation. 从订单初始阶段跟进所有面辅料的采购及相关大货情况，直到出货
3. Maintain good working relationships with fabric suppliers, exporting company, internal shipping dept and finance team. 和面料供应商，出口公司及公司船务、财务部门保持良好的沟通
4. Maintain and update Bill of material information from purchasing to pre-production and post- production reconciliation and fabric/trim inventory. 完成订单初始阶段、产前及下订单后的各阶段维护并更新物料及存货信息
5. Monitor and maintain records and systems as required by NS management. 根据公司要求进行数据的系统更新
6. Perform duties as required by the company and according to company policy, to support the growth and prosperity of the business, and according to the company needs. 按照公司安排完成其他相关工作

Job Requirements:

1. With around 2 years experiences on garment fabric/trim purchase and products follow up. Working experiences in factory or trading company purchasing dept is essential. 2年面辅料采购或跟单经验，在成衣工厂或贸易公司担任物料采购部门相关职位优先。
2. Trims sourcing experiences is plus. 有面辅料采购经验为佳
3. Good communication skills in both English and Chinese is essential. 良好的中文及英文沟通能力
4. Pro-active working attitude, quick action, detailed oriented will be required. 工作态度积极，具备快速反应和细节跟进能力。
5. Intermediate computer skills. 良好的电脑操作水平
