Responsibilities:

1. 处理海外和本地客户的检验预约；
2. 将所有采购订单和产品信息有效准确的输入系统；
3. 与香港和运营办事处紧密联系，进行检查预订；
4. 供应商验证预订表上如有不完整或缺失信息，需及时更新和联系；
5. 协助执行API广州分公司经理指定的其他工作；
6. 接收并登记检验请求，并分发给相关协调部门

Requirements:

1.大专以上学历，应届毕业生优先考虑。

2.2年以上文职或客户服务工作经验。

3.良好的英语读写能力。

4.良好的粤语和普通话口头沟通能力。

5.良好的计算机技能，能够有效地处理信息。
