1、中专以上学历，熟悉TS16949体系运作，具有精密塑胶模具厂项目产品工程师或跟模工程师5年以上工作经验；

2、熟悉塑胶/模具材料特性，了解塑胶模具结构，了解手机产品/电子周边消费品产品结构和具有注塑成型异常分析能力，懂依据问  题点下达修改模资料,试模的异常检讨修正。

3、电脑操作熟练，能熟练运用CAD，UG绘图软件，会制作新模DFM打合资料；懂IE工作内容 ； 

4. 诚信热情，善于沟通，勇于决断，自信/精力充沛/正能量/积极进取；

  岗位职责：

1、负责国内新项目生产进度计划制定，立案，建档，工艺编排，工时评估，跟进新模/追踪修改模进度，确保送样模具交期和品质；

2、负责项目新模产品评估/模具设计检讨会议召开，主导下达T0-T3修改方案技术通知书，以及全权掌控试模送样承认小批量试做转量产等过程记录；

3、负责项目部新品图纸与更新，负责车间部门SOP/SIP合格放产PPT资料制定，放产与各部门工程技术资料规范的发行与跟进；

5、负责项目部新模DFM资料制作与客户/市场部进行打合确认检讨。
