Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and enlarge the sales pipeline based on new clients and new market.   

    开发新市场，新客户。

2. Maintain existing clients with smooth communication and efficient supporting.  

   维护好现有客户关系并提供有效支持。

3. Achieve the annual targets for the team and for himself/herself.  

    完成既定的销售目标。

4. Associate with group / local marketing team by participating exhibitions, seminars, forums, workshops, etc.

   参与及协助举办相关展会、研讨会、论坛等以吸引潜在客户。

5. Assist with preparation of technical and commercial proposals during tendering stage.  

   为客户提供技术和商务支持。

6. Handle clients’ inquiries and complaints with professional manner. 

   合理处理客户咨询和投诉。

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above

   大专及以上学历

2. Minimum 5 years related working experience in TIC industry. 

   5年以上检测行业销售或客户服务经验，具备玩具、杂货、或纺织品等测试工作经验优先；

3. Experienced in customer relationship management. 

   丰富的客户服务和管理经验

4. Good oral and written English

    英语流利

5. Excellent communication and problem solving skills.

   较强的沟通能力和解决问题能力。
