Job Description

 

● Manage inventory for a premium consumer electronics company. Inventory management of all components and outgoing final retail products.

● Create and manage an efficient inventory management system/database

● Supervise and manage factory warehouse inventory personnel

● Supervise proper inventory storage conditions and practices

● Inventory batch organization, labeling, and tracking

● Coordinate with internal parties to ensure the availability of parts, tools and freight/shipping materials.

● Managing factory warehouse personnel

● Tracking and auditing of equipment and specialty inventory

● Supervise proper inventory storage conditions and practices

 

Requirements

 

● 7+ years of part inventory management experience specific to premium consumer electronics products

● Extensive knowledge of electrical part inventories with the ability to identify part descriptions

● Experience managing warehouse inventory cataloging, organization, auditing, and batch tracking

● Experience managing multiple mid-production schedule driven inventories

● Effective with teams and strong in communication skills

● Strong ability with excel based software (experience with advanced time efficient excel tools

● Appreciation for high standards and attention to detail

● Fluent Mandarin and English (spoken and written)

● Personal vehicle and driver license
