Job description:

1.    Evaluate  the performance of the development team, proceed to hiring and firing if  necessary manage bonus for the team

2.    Follow-up the projects of the development team from the concept design provided by customer to the first production with the factory to guarantee quality and customer satisfaction

3.    Make sure the development team is following our procedures and define new procedures to improve development process and increase customer satisfaction

4.    Validate the project development request description before sending to customer

5.    Analyze the customer request/project and check the according questions and options from the development team before sending to customer

6.    Control the due dates and project milestone during development process to warn the management team in case of emergency for customer communication

7.    Evaluate the supplier performance to meet customer quality and leadtime requirements

8.    Check 2D and 3D according to customer requirements and supplier feasibility

9.    Check the QC specifications from development team before sending to QC manager

10.  Arrange the planning of Engineers to make sure they are on track following customer priority

Requirement:

- Engineering Degree

- 8 years minimum in Product Development and Quality Control, experience in cosmetics packaging is perferred

- Excellent leadership, organization and coordination skills, strong ability to analyze and solve problems

- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Working knowledge of CAD software like AUTOCAD, SOLIDWORKS or PRO-E

- Power Point and Excel are mandatory;

- Fluent in English is MANDATORY
