Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)

• Conduct order review including sample review, client requirement review etc. and provide ***-day quantity to CSO for quotation
• Conduct order review and highlight job specific requirement on cover sheet or brief to inspector before/during inspection
• Handle any technical query at the time of inspection
• Conduct report review and record any report error in time
• Handle any inspection report related query during report review or after final report release
• Prepare and provide client training to inspectors
• Co-work with other OS to align understanding of inspection procedure and share best practice
• Provide any feedback in time (e.g. praise or complaint) to inspection manager or PSD/GTS for continuous improvement
• Provide any technical support to GTS/PSD
• Perform or join inspection to better understand client requirement or improve product knowledge
• Perform any job assigned by inspection manager or above

· CET4 or above or equivalent level
