Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)
Program Setup and Maintenance
· Set up, maintain and update technical program documents to provide sufficient guidance for program
execution consistent with service agreement by BV global operation offices.
Communicating with Clients
· Regular review on KPIs and data mining reports;
· Discussions on program updates;
· Feedback on client complaints after internal investigation;
· Provide information and advices on client enquiries;
Quality Control
· Provide training and guidance to operation and supporting team on client specific requirements;
· Push for investigation and CAPA to address noted issues;
· Initiate IMP and CAR following BV policies and procedures
Business Development:
· Support BD in new client development

Required Skills & Qualifications (What skills are required for this position)
· University degree with 3+ years work experience.
· Knowledge of laws, regulations, labor and working conditions within the manufacturing industry.
· Familiar with:

standards such as, ETI, BSCI or ICS

certifications such as, ICTI, WRAP or FLA

management systems such as, SA8000, ISO14000 or OSHA18000
· Presentable, resourceful, independent with excellent report writing and presentation skills.
· Confident, resourceful, highly efficient, and self-motivated.
· Strong analytical, problem solving, attention to detail and process improvement skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
· Strong command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
