Performance Manager Scope of Work

To be the “eyes & ears” of the Regional Director for day-to-day performance monitoring and the highlighting of falling and sub-standard performance to Country Leads and Regional Directors.

To monitor, analyse, report results, trends and findings of:

• PPM (statutory) delivery
• PPM (non-statutory) delivery
• AAI delivery
• Creation of and timely closure of AAI associated (corrective action) work orders by JLL and by HSBC
• Delivery of reactive service requests (all priorities, all property criticalities)
• Including the management of service requests (on hold, extension of SLA date, etc…)
• P2WS compliance
• Small Projects delivery (on time, on budget)
• Energy reduction target delivery
• Sustainability plan delivery
• Cleaning audit results
• To prepare SORs and other reports as needed

Daily monitoring of all Key Performance Indicators in across the region, at a regional, country (and, where relevant, sub-country) level.

The role is not just “identification & reporting” of performance issues:

Identify common causes of performance failure/downward drift. Work with Regional Directors and Country Leads to develop performance improvement programs.

Collaborate with performance managers in other regions in identifying common themes. Propose global system, procedure & process changes to support the drive for continuous improvement.

Act as one of the principal “consumers” of performance management reporting, as provided by BIT via Tableau dashboards. Consequently to be a primary consultee in the improvement of management reporting.
