工作地点：深圳市南山区蛇口东角头，地铁二号线可达
Daily Responsibilities
- Coordinate with forwarder for booking, arranging shipments and tracking
- 与货代协调订舱、安排装运和跟踪
- Coordinate with forwarder for WHS operation
- 与货运代理协调WHS操作
- Maximize transportation efficiency by optimizing shipping routes and securing competitive rates.
- 通过优化运输路线和确保有竞争力的价格，***限度地提高运输效率
- Prepare shipping plans and forecasts to guarantee timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- 准备运输计划和预测，以保证及时和经济有效的交货
- Track and monitor all shipments and provide updates to other departments.
- 跟踪和监控所有货物，并向其他部门提供最新信息
- Agent (forwarder, carrier etc.) performances monitoring
- 代理人（货代、承运人等）绩效监控
- Negotiating and filling rates from carriers and agents, provide efficient reports and propose the best shipment mode
- 与承运商和代理商协商价格，提供有效的报告，并提出***的装运方式
- Solve customer complain
- 解决客户投诉
- Prepare billing report
- 准备费用报告
Job Requirement
- More than 1 years of working experience in international logistics or excellent fresh graduate
- 1年或以上相关工作经验，可考虑优秀应届毕业生
- Good communication and coordination skills
- 良好的沟通和协调能力
- Good English in speaking, writing and reading
- 良好的英语听读写能力
- Initiative and optimistic
- 主动、积极向上
- High sense of job responsibilities
