Job role

The job incumbent leads the specification and implementation of DPU project/program in line with organizational project management standards, policies and principles. He is responsible for meeting the project/program objectives within quality, time and budget targets, and for managing the associated risks. He performs the job in the framework of the BV HSE Management Processes, BV Quality Assurance System and the BV Code of Ethics and appropriate Group Policies. He also perform the job in project human resources where are required and how to pay with contractors.

Responsibility

1. Develop, guide and manage all DPU Project team’s operation, based on corporate company guidelines, customer specifications and legal regulations, Implement corporate standards in the area of responsibility (e.g. Code of Ethics, Values, company identity, policies, procedures, etc.).

2. Implement, update and review the BV TQR policies/measures together with the DPU Project Team. Lead the tasks in whole Project management processes according contract (PMC/PM/JIANLI, quality and HSE services).

3. Prepare Project Implementation Plan to determine timeframe, funding, limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.

4. Monitor and analyze project activities against the business plans,

5. Make review and comments for the weekly and monthly project report, and submit monthly report to client.

6. Plan, implement and control the cost budget in the area of responsibility in cooperation with superior and manage activities in case of deviations.

7. Track and monitor team T&E.

8. Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and monitor receivables for project

Requirement

1. Bachelor degree or above, with Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering or related major

2. 12 yrs or above working experience in OGC related industry, at least 8 years project management experience, potentially backed-up with relevant qualifications in industry-standard project management techniques

3. Proven performance in foreign funded projects is a plus

4. Knowledge in international engineering and project management systems

5. Management aptitude (leadership, decision making)

6. Strong communication, influencing, presentation skill

7. Excellence English or local language skills is a MUST

8. 50% business travel is required
