    Job title：HR Specialist_Xi'an (contractor)

   Responsibilities:

The HR specialist base in Xi’an site, partner with Janssen Supply ChainChina business, support BUHR to drive achievement of people initiative for  business objectives.

To support execution on organization efficiency, change management, and  respective organizational efficiency project.

To partner with BUHR to deploy Johnson & Johnson Product Systembehavior change project incl but not limited on communication, meeting    effectiveness and coaching project.  Support and execute other projects and deliverable as determined by  enterprise, regional and site level. 

Play as focal of HR lead site recognition session 

Other assigned tasks.

      Requirements:

      A minimum 3+ years professional experience

      Proficient on English speaking and writing.

      Easy build trust and able engage different stakeholders. 

      Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work    environment

      Project management of managing, planning and implementing project and    business support initiatives.

      Good learning agility and resilience under working pressure.

      Digital tools application is preferred.
