Title: Advisor Software Engineer/Staff Software Engineer/Software Engineer
Work Location: Xi'an
Global Business Solution Center(GBSC) is the division funded by GBS, the mission of us is to develop, manage and deliver software asset which can be reused in IBM delivery solutions. And this reusable asset can greatly reduce the cost of solution delivering and promote delivery quality; so far we are managing thousands of assets which were highly reused in all kinds of solutions.
Now we are seeking software asset developers with the responsibility as below:
To develop the new features for assets which can be reused in delivery solutions;
To enhance the software assets to be more easy-to-use and fantastic practical;
To deliver high quality programming code;
Asset enablement developer which means to customize the asset during the solution delivery process.
Required Skills
Basic skill required:
1. Java skill/J2EE skill
2. C/C++ skill
Preferred
1. Eclipse Plugin Development experience;
2. Knowledge of data mining, algorithm especially Reinforced Learning & Markov Decision Process
3. Java EE programming
4. SPSS modeling and JRules knowledge
5. Basic operation in Linux/AIX envionment.
