Consult with business unit management and personnel to identify and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, data scope, usage, formatting, and security requirements. Analyze associated business function in order to work with corporate IT team to develop new or modified SAP information processing systems. Analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, interface with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs. Provide technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or questions with program. Train end users or technical support staff to use programs. Utilize ABAP/4 to interface to existing systems and satisfy user-reporting requirements. Utilize Microsoft Development tools (i.e. Visual Basic, Access, MSOffice) to satisfy system requirements. Write detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify SAP. Monitor and document post-implementation problems and revision requests. To implement other tasks assigned by supervisor and support other necessary project in own department. Understand and abide by the contents of ISO9000 and ISO14001, and also put forward amendment scheme in own working field.

要求：

Strong RICEFW development experience and should be able to work closely with business teams, and business analysts to support and develop ABAP based technical solutions (RICEFW - Report, Interface, Conversion, Enhancement, Form & Workflow).

Demonstrated experience analyzing, designing, developing and testing improvements in support of business objectives.

Should be able to document English Technical Spec according to Functional Spec.

Should be able to support end-users Acceptance Testing activities and perform post release hyper-care.

Experience working on more than one module in SAP ***/PP/SD is a must.

Deep understanding and practical application of technical capabilities, standard processes and methodologies, including Scrum and Agile.

Bachelor or above or experience equivalent to that –major in Computer science or related.

5+ years of SAP Development experience with minimum 3 full implementations.

English, fluent in listening / speaking / reading / writing, CET 6 or above is preferred.

MS office, SAP, MCS, performance system.

Good interpersonal and communication skills and strong team spirit to work effectively with teams.
