职位描述
i. The Company
Based on CIMC container, vehicle, machinery and logistics, CIMC iTECH has developed series smart systems, including hardware devices, communication channels and data platforms. Providing complete intelligence and security solutions for traditional transportation equipment and satisfy the fast and convenient demand of cargo safety, modern logistics, and global trade for the next generation of transportation equipment. CIMC IT is undertaking a number of government projects and establishing industry standards.
ii. The Role –Customer Service Manager
Covering the global market of container owners, terminals and BCOs, you’ll need to be familiar with our full range of products as well as supporting overseas marketing activities. For this position, you’ll be undertaking:
l Follow up orders, pre and after sales,
l Prepare documents needed by customers or required by order processing.
l Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, working with manufacturers or field representatives as necessary to procure replacement parts.
l Support on-site projects. Manage and analysis the clients’ data records, Work with clients and suppliers for trouble shooting.
l Coordinate relationship and ensure regular and efficient communication with customers and suppliers,
l Work in a narrow collaboration with sales, purchasing and finance.
iii. For this Customer Service Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
ü Good appearance, patient, careful, supportive. Has strong teamwork spirit. Work well under pressure.
ü University graduate. Major in Electrical/ Automation/ Communication/ Logistics Engineering preferred. Master’s degree preferred.
ü High English level. Excellent written and verbal communication. CET6 required, TEM8 preferred (For Chinese candidates). Overseas studying/ working experience preferred. Excellent writing and speaking skill in both English and Chinese.
ü Familiar with office software (PPT, WORD, EXCELL).
ü Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology.
ü Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware/software, including applications and programming.
ü Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
ü Working experience in shipping industry preferred, good knowledge of reefer container preferred.
ü Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
ü You must have the drive and ability to win good customer relationship.
ü Willing to travel frequently.
