1、负责公司现有招聘渠道发布、更新招聘广告，进行招聘效果评估和招聘渠道分析；

2、执行简历筛选，面试邀约、面试接待安排，组织各相关部门完成复试工作，确保面试工作的及时开展；

3、负责对拟录用人员进行背景调查；

4、维护公司形象，协助主管进行公司文化建设，利用各种形式传播企业文化；

5、来访登记及接待指引，会议安排；

6、主管交办的其他工作事项。

岗位要求：

1、全日制专科以上，1年以上人事工作经验；

2、熟悉使用各大招聘渠道，能够灵活使用招聘工具；

3、具备一定的抗压能力，沟通能力强，拥有良好的驱动力；

4、具有亲和力，形象气质佳，开朗乐观，积极主动，认真负责，具备基础商务礼仪；

5、熟练使用office办公软件。
