女装设计师/ 男装设计师/ 童装设计师

职责描述：
1. 根据公司策略及产品定位，協助规划每季产品的整盘设计组合，制定产品的开发；
2. 综合分析国内外市场潮流趋势，分析需求与以往销售资料，结合自我品牌特点，规划每季度品牌的性格丶产品概念丶季节定位丶季节主题丶设计方案丶季节推广方案；
3. 确保产品年度及季度企划目标的达成；
4. 根据流行趋势选择材质（包括面料丶辅料），开发计划设计出图；
5. 按图纸进行安排打样，确保样衣符合设计思路；
6. 订货与落单，产前确认与生产跟进，销售指导与跟进；

任职要求：
1. 全日制本科，服装设计等相关专业，3年以上服装设计及产品经验，通晓服装设计开发的全程管理；
2. 熟悉市场，具备敏锐的时尚“嗅觉”；
3. 优秀的色彩搭配能力及协调能力；
4. 成本意识强，了解面辅料工艺及成分，精通产品结构，服装成本构成丶工艺制作；
5. 对国内外各大知名品牌的设计风格有自己的理解，创新能力强，敢尝试；
6. 可适应高强度工作；
7. 经验较少者会聘用为设计助理岗位。
