Job Description

1.Overall responsibility of planning, directing, controlling, structuring, and motivating a development project Team.

2.Understand organization structure, policies, processes and procedures.

3.Participate and contribute to product RFQ or Kick-Off

4.Ensures completion of all required deliverables and documentation

5.Schedules Key/Milestones meetings as needed with customer or internal Dept.

6.Prepares and presents the Key/Milestones presentation charts at Review meetings

7.Maintains and updates key project information, timelines and metrics as changes occur and/or once per month

Requirements:

1. Mechanical or Electrical Bachelor Degree (or above)

2. Business or communication degree an asset

3. At least 3 year experience designing electronic products

4. Previous Program Management experience would be a very important asset

5. Demonstrated leadership

6. Ability to work and interface with customers and various organizations, departments etc.

Skill:

1. Good knowledge of Program Management industry standards

2. Strong analytical and problem solving skills in Program Management field

3.Make and act on tough decisions with the speed and sense of urgency needed to stay with or ahead of the market, competition and customer needs, or to improve the organization

4. Good understanding of power electronics in terms of design, manufacturing and application level.

5. Good presentation skill in English

6. Good interpersonal and communication skills

7. Excellent written and spoken English are mandatory
