About the role:

• Professional Analyst in Research department in South China
• Working location is Guangzhou

Responsibilities:

• Conduct fieldworks to gain market data for research initiatives
• Data analysis by data from various channels
• Write English/Chinese topical research papers/reports for designated property sector(s), particular on Greater Bay Area topics
• Participate in Asia Pacific Regional and Global research initiatives and contribute as required
• Provide required supports to Research team ad hoc consultancy projects and internal research activities
• Edit reports whenever necessary
• Participate in property sector research, including data collection, data analysis, market trend forecast or presentation
• 深入地产板块市场采集一手数据
• 根据不同渠道获得的数据进行数据分析
• 根据不同的地产板块数据分析，撰写中英文主题研究报告，尤其是粤港澳大湾区相关主题的研究报告
• 参与亚太区及全球的研究企划并给予相应的研究支持
• 为研究部的咨询项目和研究活动提供所需的支持
• 报告编辑及排版
• 参与地产板块研究的部分环节，包括数据搜集、数据分析、市场趋势预测与研究成果汇报

Requirements:

Experienced in macroeconomic analysis and consultancy will be preferred; knowledge on urban planning, GIS and real estate will be a plus

Outstanding English and Chinese writing, communication and presentation skills

Strong at execution under instructions and directions

Bachelor and master degrees from prestigious oversea universities; or a bachelor degree from prestigious Chinese universities plus a master degree from prestigious oversea universities

Great attention to details and strong sense of responsibility; Able to work efficiently and independently to deadlines

Good working knowledge in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Quick learner and team player

Fresh graduate is welcome
