Job Description

· Demonstrate expertise in business process engineering and apply it to the analysis of current state as well as the design and development of future state by rightly engaging stakeholders and managing their expectations;

· Participate in business improvement projects by delivering project tasks and milestones efficiently and on time;

· Identify opportunities and develop initiatives to support efficiency improvement;

· Establish measures to govern process compliance and report to management for review;

· Focus on alignment mapping of the current state (as-is) KPIs and processes to newly designed processes and improved KPIs. In the redesign of the process, opportunities for productivity and efficiency gain along the value stream will also be identified with improvement recommendations;

· Understand business challenges and needs while staying current on industry and market trends, leading business practices and digital innovation.

Qualifications

5 years of experience in change/ transformation management background, especially in Supply Chain sector;

Experience leading process re-design and re-engineering efforts across various functions, it would be beneficial if you are sensitive with numbers;

Experience with PMO, interest in and understanding of digital innovation, such as RPA, AI and ML;

Working experience in international retailer or buying office is preferable;

Project Management certifications (Scrum/Agile) is a plus;

Qualifications in Lean or Six Sigma is ideal;

IT application background is a plus.
