Position
Summary
Responsible for the overall human resources function to support the company to execute its business strategy and build a high performance organization.
Duties & Responsibilities
? Recruiting Management and Execution
- Responsible for recruiting activities to meet business requirements & ensure all hiring activities are in compliance with corporate policies & procedures;
? Organization Development
- As generalist to work closely with GM for organization design, human resource strategy fulfillment;
- Implement BV HR projects including performance management systems, succession plan, people review and so on to keep to one business model;
- Work with operation team to identify learning and development needs, liaise with COE partners to deliver solutions;
? HR Operation Excellence
- Lead and manage day-to-day resources and talent searching for current and future workforce requirement;
- Provide HR consultancy support to management team as well as to employees;
- Overall pc cost management and optimization;
- Ensure consistent HR practices and processes on line with other BV entities;
- Defining, collecting, analyzing and using indicator data from a variety of sources to identify and drive continuous improvement of HR strategy
? Employee Relationship and Culture Building
- Work with managers to improve employee engagement;
- Support management team to develop and implement communication channel to encourage communication;
- Heavy involvement in critical and all levels of employee relations issues
QHSE
? Follow the internal quality system and HSE requirement of CPS North China
? Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements

? Actively builds relationships and influences within an ever broadening community including HR Service Center staff, HR Function Managers, and, as needed, business unit managers.
? Contribute as part of a team to drive solutions. This requires being “hands-on” with a flexibility to handle changing priorities and ad-hoc projects.
? Anticipate implications and obstacles, and plan contingencies accordingly.
? Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, includes the ability to form relationships based upon trust and to work with a great variety of persons with different cultural backgrounds and personalities, including senior management.
? Capable of "positioning the message" using succinct and effective engagement and persuading others to adopt their view/directions.
? Effectively deals with ambiguity and operate in a fairly complex and dynamic environment
Education
& Experience
? BS, or above, with 5 years or more of related, progressive experience.
? Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate the ability to synthesize and conceptualize issues as well as develop and implement creative solutions that address business issues.
? Fluent English spoken and written with professional business languages.
Demonstrated proficiency with commonly usedoffice software, MS Excel, and HRIS reporting, etc.
