Job Summary (Brief overview on scope of job responsibility)

· Preview orders and check reports

· Monitor inspector / auditor performance and support line leader in management

Interrelationships (Other key functional or communication lines)

· Cooperate with training center.

· Technical support to customer service.

· Liaise with QA and Integrity Department for the CAPA, CCR, internal audit, bribery, and other related issues.

· Communicate with operational admin staff for report typing, sample record and record filing.

Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)

• Supervise
  inspector/auditor, and
  monitor the daily operation.
• Order
  review and follow up action.
• Report
  check and follow up action.
• Review submitted sample and clarify
  with client if necessary.
• Provide technical training.
• Answer
  technical enquiry from both customer
  service staff and client.
• Prepare WI for client if required.
• Control
  inspector trip expense.

• Appraise staff performance in line if necessary.
• Reply clients related complaint or feedback on technical aspects.

• Assess inspector / auditor.
• Meet with clients to review operation issue.

• Perform any
  job related job assigned by line leader or above.

Qualifications:

· College degree or above

· CET4 or above or equivalent level

· At least 2 years’ related experience

· Necessary computer knowledge

· For AAS, formal training and practical experience in ISO9000, HACCP, British Retail Consortium (BRC), ISO 14000, and SA 8000 standards would be an advantage
