？ Supervise team members to provide timely, accurate, fast and professional service to meet / exceed customer’ s expectations.

？ Improve team member’s performance through guidance, communication and performance improvement plans.

？ Track team member’s needs and solve their problems.

？ Coordinate and effort to ensure the turnaround time to meet / exceed customer expectations.

？ Keep work area and lab clean and in arrangement

？ Support manager to train the team members

？ Manage a good functioning, planning and quality of lab equipment

？ Responsible for the purchase and control of consumables

？ Support the team members to conduct testing according to relevant standards

？ Collaborate with managers to develop new testing methods and/or procedures

？ Set up new test equipment

？ Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

？ Responsibility for ensuring safe working conditions of all testing staff.

？ Review and sign test result

？ Comply at all times with all applicable legal requirements, BV Group HSE Policies, procedures and practices

？ Good safety awareness on chemical hazard;

？ Accept education and training in production safety, be equipped with the knowledge of production safety necessary for your work, like dangerous agents, prevention measures and emergency procedures.

？ With the capacity to treat the emergency chemical spill occur;

？ Use appropriate PPE at work area, if and when required and be aware of: the risks appropriate PPE will control or minimize , report immediately in case the PPE is worn off or lost, maintenance and inspection arrangements of PPE;

？ Report hazards to HSE coordinator;

？ Familiar with escape map, be equipped with usage of extinguishers and some escape skills.

Skills & Requirements

？ Proficiency with Windows, Word & Excel.

？ Fluent English and good communication skill.

？ Good time management

？ Individual and Team work ethic.

？ Familiar with ISO/IEC17025 standard.

？ Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet or exceed deadlines (with help from manager if necessary).

？ Good training skill for team members.

？ Well- organized and excellent-leadership.

？ Team-spirited, be able to arrange reasonable workload for self and team member.

？ Be able to bear variety of work.

？ Good at analysis/resolve problem.

？ Be familiar with relative standards..

Education & Experience

？ Bachelor Degree or above

？ Above 3 years of lab working experience in related fields, at least 2 year testing experience

？ A strong sense of responsibility with excellent work ethic.

？ Knowledge in chemical analysis.

？ English speaking and writing candidate will be favored.
