Day to Day Responsibilities:

? Plan, organize and lead the sales activities in Greater China, South East Asia region, and other designated regions for different ophthalmic products.
? Prepare, submit and accomplish the sales budget
? Evaluate, review and provide input regarding major marketing, product development, and distribution proposals.
? Outline, set and implement the regional commercial strategy in consultation with the business.
? Responsible for development of market / product line business plans and strategic marketing programs to support sales.
? Be responsible for business reports at request by supervisor
? Prepare, submit and accomplish expense budget
? Supervise CCMS daily operations including import and export, Custom LOG book management, logistic management, raw material and production planning, and inventory management, etc.
? Supervise the contract manufacturer to ensure good quality, high service level, conformity of EHS and good profitability.
? Provide support for outsourcing activities of the business in China.

? Provides direction to subordinates based on general policies & management guidance. Lead, coach and supervise sales and customer service team.
? Function as an advisor to the business unit regarding tasks, projects and operations.

Required Skills:

? Must have basic knowledge of technical specifications and engineering process
? Must prove strong interpersonal skills to manage, coach, motivate and supervise employees
? Must have strong initiatives, resiliencies, organization and time management skills
? Must be an excellent problem solver, comfortable with peaks and valleys in work load
? Must be able to work in an environment with minimum supervision
? Must be willing for extensive travel (Domestic and overseas)
? Must show strong language skills (Chinese and English) fluently in speaking and writing
