岗位职责：

1、负责编制施工图预结算。

2、组织内部招标实施，编制招标文件，测算收入。配合外部招标工作。

3、合同文件的起草与管理，跟踪分析合同执行情况，拟定相关条款。

4、月度分包预结算工作及对内对外产值报量工作。

5、编制成本策划及进行月度成本核实工作。

任职资格：

1、建筑工程、造价、预算等相关专业大专以上学历。

2、2年以上相关工作经验，具有注册造价员资格。

3、熟练使用广联达图形、计价软件。

4、善于撰写招标文件、合同及进行造价商务谈判。

5、工作严谨，善于沟通，具备良好的团队合作精神和职业操守。

6、卓越的执行能力，学习能力和独立工作能力。
