岗位职责：

Responsibility:

1. 协助上级完成泰国公司人力资源所有日常管理工作；

1. Assist the Supervisor to complete all the work of human resources in Thailand company ;

2.负责泰国公司人员招聘、培训、薪酬、绩效、员工关系、企业文化等工作；

2. Responsible for recruitment, training, compensation and benefit, performance, employee relationship, corporate culture, etc.

3.根据公司管理需要建立健全人力资源相关制度及流程；

3. Establish and improve HR system and process according to company’s management requirement;

4.按时完成人工成本、人工费用的分析报告并及时更新维护员工资料库；

4. Complete the labor cost and the relative analysis on time and update the maintain employee database;

5.制作公司每月的工资报表，按时发放工资；

5. Make the monthly salary report and pay the salary on time;

6.办理养老保险、医疗保险、失业保险、工伤保险、住房公积金等社会保险和基金；

6. Deal with endowment insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, industrial injury insurance, housing accumulation fund, etc ;

7.管理劳动合同，办理用工、退工手续；

7. Manage the labor contract, handle the procedures of employment and dismissal;

8.完成上司交办的其他工作。

8. Complete the other work assigned by supervisor.

任职要求：

Requirements:

1. 人力资源、劳动经济、心理学、管理学等相关专业本科以上学历；

1. Bechelor degree or above of human resources management, labor economics, psychology management or other relative field;

2.2年以上人力资源管理岗位经验，熟悉泰国相关法律法规；

2. At least 2 years of HR management experience, be familiar with relevant laws and regulations of Thailand;

3.熟悉人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程；

3. Familiar with the operation process of HR practical；

4.英语和泰语口语流利。

4.Fluent in oral Engilish and Thai .

Majesty Packaging Systems Limited is a wholly owned company dedicated to the packaging industry. Majesty is committed to research & develop, design, manufacturing & distribution of daily chemical products and medical supplies. These include aerosol valves, dispensing pumps, mist sprayers, spray caps and inhalation drug delivery devices. Majesty has obtained more than 300 kinds of patents, offering technical solutions and product services to customers. It has branches in many countries and conducts business with customers who are located in more than 40 countries and regions, with 60% of the business in exporting and 40% for domestic sales.
Majesty Packaging Systems Limited was established in 1988 and located in No. 21 Health Road, Torch Development District, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, China PRC. Majesty’s plant covers an area of 85,000 square meters while the facility covers 100,000 square meters. It has comprehensive production capability of 6 billion sets of aerosol valves, 2 billion sets of dispensing pumps and 1 billion sets of spray caps. Majesty also has advanced manufacturing equipment and production facility. To support the advanced manufacturing environment, we have independent laboratory, engineering center and testing facility. Furthermore, Majesty Packaging Systems Limited has obtained Chinese Registration Certificate for Packaging Material and Container for Pharmaceutical Use (sectionⅠ).  1.工作制：五天八小时，若因工作情况有安排加班，则按劳动法标准另计加班费。
