工作职责:

1. 接听服务询价来电，回复服务询价邮件

2. 与客户及服务工程师就注塑设备技术方面的问题进行沟通

3. 使用SAP查询电气、液压及机械图纸等技术信息来排除故障

4. 识别故障备件以协助客户订购合适的替换备件，并将信息转发给零部件协调员跟进

5. 索取正确信息并核查，如：状态报告，以便于排除故障

6. 根据需要，与电气、机械、软件、自动化、工艺应用等相关部门沟通，以排除故障

7. 为每个技术问题创建服务工单

8. 跟进、启动、关闭 SAP，e-connect和e-connect.24任务

9. 发现问题后，与服务和零部件协调员协商下一步操作，如：给服务工程师分配客户服务订单

10. 负责为客户分析（故障）根本原因，并确保将其传达给客户

11. 非办公时间为技术热线小组的一员

12. 上级交办的其他工作

Job De"script"ion/Responsibility

1. Respond to phone and email inquiries for service

2. Communicate with customers and service engineers for technical issues related to injection molding equipment

3. Use SAP to look up technical information including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings required for troubleshooting

4. Identify failed components to assist customers in ordering the proper "replace"ment with spare parts and forward the information to the parts coordinator to follow-up

5. Request correct information and review this information incl. status reports to assist in troubleshooting

6. Communicate with electrical, mechanical, software, automation and application engineering as required for the troubleshooting

7. Create tickets for each technical issue

8. Follow-up, initiate and close SAP, e-connect and e-connect.24 activities

9. When problem is identified, initiate the next steps with service and parts coordinators incl. assignment of CS order for service engineer

10. Responsible to prepare a root cause analysis for customer and ensure that it is communicated to customer

11. Be part of the technical hotline team for out of office hours

12. Other responsibilities as assigned by superior

任职资格:

工作标准/目标

1. 大专及以上学历

2. 工程学或电气、电子、液压或软件等相关专业

3. 全面了解注塑机及机器人的操作及安装（有恩格尔机械及机器人经验将优先考虑）

4. 5年以上相关工作经验

5. 能与同事及客户进行良好沟通

6. 英语良好（写作、阅读、口语）

7. 有SAP使用经验者优先

Job Requirements

1. College graduated or above

2. Engineering degree or similar in Electrical Electronic Hydraulics and software

3. Full understanding of Operation and Set up of Injection Moulding Machines and Robots (Experience with Engel Machines and Robots would be taken 1st into consideration)

4. Minimum 5 years job related experience

5. Must be able to communicate well with colleagues and customers

6. Good English (writing, reading, oral)

7. Experience in SAP will be plus

Engel, established in 1945 by Mr. Ludwig Engel, plays a leading role in global injection moulding machine market. The headquarter locates in Schwertberg Austria, ENGEL follows family owned management mode with which guarantees stabilization of the company and continues development of product and service. With more than 60 years experience of manufacturing injection moulding machine becomes one of the largest manufacturer in this industry. ENGEL has total 9 factories all over the world, locates in Europe, Asia (Korean/Pyungtaek，China/Shanghai) and America/York etc. ENGEL branches spread over 20 countries and representative offices over 70 countries.
ENGEL Shanghai is the eighth production facility of ENGEL group all over the world. The first phase was opened on May 19, 2009, has a production floor space of over 8 000 m2 for the manufacturing and assembly of machine components for the large-scale Duo series in Shanghai. 1000 m2 of modern offices provide ample space for sales, service and training. The 2nd phase was completed on April 20, 2012, with double the capacity. The extension is about 21,000 m2.In 2017, the 10th Anniversary and Phase 4 Opening Ceremony held on September 12th.
