岗位职责

Job responsibilities


1) 执行总部人力资源制度,协助完善学校各项人力资源管理制度,并有效推进落实;

Implement the HR system of the headquarters, and help improve and effectively push forward various HR management systems of the school;

2) 根据年度编制需求,按时完成中方员工招聘任务,提报年度招聘预算,负责招聘渠道拓展和维护;

Complete the task of recruiting Chinese employees on time based on the annual headcount requirements, submit the annual recruitment budget, and be responsible for expanding and maintaining recruitment channels;

3) 负责中外籍教职工人力成本预算,每月薪酬福利发放及个税申报;

Be responsible for the preparation of human resources budget of Chinese and expat faculty, payment of monthly compensation and benefits as well as individual tax declaration;

4) 了解、汇报、执行政府相关政策,确保五险一金等学校各项政策的执行合法合规;

Understand, report and execute relevant government policies, to ensure the legal compliance of such school policies as social insurances and housing fund;

5) 负责员工关系:包括办理入离职、合同签订、档案管理、职称申报等相关工作;

Be responsible for employee relations: including handling employee entry and exit, contract signing, file management, job title declaration and other related work;

6) 信息系统管理:及时整理、更新、并完善各类员工信息、薪酬福利等数据,维护各类系统信息数据;按时提报相关报告;

Manage the information system: timely sort out, update, and improve various data such as employee information and compensation and benefits, maintain information and data on various systems; submit relevant reports on time;

7) 配合总部人力资源部完成行业薪酬福利调研;

Work with the HR department of the headquarters in doing industry compensation surveys;

8) 协助校长或部门制定更新部门员工岗位职责;

Assist the Principal or different departments in formulating and updating the job responsibilities of their employees;

9) 执行总部试用期考评制度,完善学校试用期考评标准及要求;协助各部门组织实施考核,执行及时沟通反馈,提出合理化建议;

Implement the headquarters’ probation evaluation system, and improve the school’s probation evaluation standards and requirements; assist different departments in carrying out the evaluation, provide timely communication and feedback, and offer reasonable suggestions;

10) 负责学校员工各类社会保险金的缴纳及管理,入离职员工社保公积金的增减员工作;

Be responsible for the payment and management of various social insurance funds for school employees, and the addition and cancellation of social insurance/housing provident funds for incoming and outgoing employees;

11) 配合学校党建工作,协助党支部档案管理、更新及维护,党员关系转移等;

Assist the school’s Party building work, and help the Party branch manage, update and maintain documents, transfer Party member relations, etc.;

12)支持配合完成本部门其他模块工作,执行总部及上级安排的各项工作任务;

Support the work of other modules within the HR department, and perform various work and tasks assigned by the headquarters and superiors;

13)完成上级安排的其它工作任务。

Deliver other work and tasks arranged by superiors.
