岗位职责 

1、联络客户安排订舱及运输,准备整套LC,DA/DP银行文件；

2、联络船公司或货运公司安排订舱、提交SI、提单签发等工作； 

3. 联系工厂相关人员安排拖车，报关，装柜 ；

4、相关表格、文件、数据的处理及操作安排； 

5、完成上级交办的其他相关工作； 

6、了解家具船务流程，有跟进WALMART船务的经验和网上订舱的经验者优先。 

 任职资格

 1、3年以上船务相关领域工作经验，能看懂英文资料和英文邮件； 

2、熟练处理出入口货订单、货运操作流程，具备货运文件及有实际操作技能； 

3、英语写良好，熟练操作Office办公软件系统； 

 4、性格稳重，工作细致，具有良好的沟通能力及很强的服务及团队意识。 

 上班时间5天7小时 周末双休 9:00-12:00 13:30-17:30
