• 协助(例如：项目总监/项目高级经理)制定项目的工程计划；
• 根据项目的总体计划，制定土建组工作计划，经上级批准后监督实施；
• 组织施工方案、施工组织设计、图纸会审纪要的签审，参与项目设计成果评审；
• 严格执行公司的工程管理制度和作业流程，全面负责施工现场的组织和协调；
• 控制与管理项目的质量、工期、造价；
• 监控相关合同的执行，维护甲方利益；
• 监控建设方、监理方、施工方之间工程信息传递的有效性和及时性；
• 严格按照ISO14001执行工程事宜，处处做到环保意识，减少各种工程污染；
• 主持完成土建组日常工作，督促小组人员全面完成职责范围内的各项工作，控制小组内部费用支出，提高小组工作效率；
• 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

    

【资质要求】

• 大学本科及以上学历，建筑、结构或其他相关专业；
• 经过项目管理培训，或拥有项目管理资格认证；经过监理培训，或拥有全国注册监理工程师资格认证；
• 2年左右建筑企业或房地产企业工程主管工作经验；
• 具备较强的组织协调能力，丰富的管理经验；
• 执行力强、注重时效性；
• 吃苦耐劳，有团队合作精神，良好的敬业精神和职业道德，有强烈的责任心。
