岗位职责：

1、市场开拓及推广，客户资源维护和开发，随时了解客户需求，保证业务长期稳定发展；

2、有效发现客户的深层需求，不断推进不同的产品线的覆盖和提高产品在客户端的覆盖率；

3、提供有效地技术支持、产品指导，设身处地解决客户问题；

4、熟悉产品的验证方案，了解产品的性能特点，产品与竞品的区别和优势；

5、负责市场及竞品信息反馈，便于公司制定及调整市场战略方向；

6、配合部门领导和其他相关部门工作，完成领导交代的临时性工作；

7、遵守公司的其他规定；

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，三年以上医疗器械、消毒产品行业销售经验；

2、要求医学或营销专业大专以上学历，形象好，气质佳，性别不限；

3、有临床渠道优先，有三甲以上医院资源优先考虑；

4、优秀的市场分析判断能力和反应能力，具创新性，富有激情，热爱销售工作；

5、具有较强的沟通能力及社交技巧，具有亲和力；

6、能出差，有良好的职业道德和团队合作精神，能承受压力；
