Job Description:

  

1. Develop and maintain good business relationships with customers to achieve business objectives

  

与客户建立并保持良好的业务关系，以实现销售目标

  

2. Provide quality and efficient services according to customer requirements, handling customer inquiries that effectively achieve customer satisfaction

  

根据客户要求提供优质高效的服务，处理客户的咨询，有郊实现客户的满意度

  

3. Execute daily sales operation such as sales order follow-up, full set documents preparation and goods delivery arrangement

  

执行业务跟单的日常工作，如销售订单跟进，订单全套文件处理，出货交付安排等

  

4. Liaise expeditiously and cooperatively with HQ and overseas branches, sourcing information check with the HQ and oversea branches (delivery times, stock availability etc.)

  

与总部或海外分支机构保持联系，查询货物交货的时间，库存等情况

  

5. Communicating with staff from other departments (HQ, accounts, marketing, warehouse)

  

与其他部门（总部，财务部，市场部，仓库）保持沟通

  

6. Support to business development administrative duties if necessary

  

必要时履行业务拓展支持工作

  

 

  

Requirements:

  

• Able to work independently , under pressure and to maintain quality work
• Presentable, self-initiative, possess strong interpersonal skills and computer literate
• Analytical, customer oriented, strong team player
• Proficiency in MS office especially in Excel
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Experience with operating in a multi-cultural organization is preferred
