东莞招聘

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment qualified candidates for the plant through different channels to meet manpower requirements for staff, technician and workers
2. Follow up the whole recruit process from sourcing candidates until new employment on boarding
3. Follow up company policy to manage all documents and update information accordingly
4. Administration works supporting if needed, such as waste management, shuttle bus management, keys management, HR 6S management etc.
5. Other works assigned by manager

Qualifications:

1. Diploma degree or above preferably majored in Human Resources, English, Business Administration, Economic, International Trade
2. At least 1 year recruit/HR experience, multinational companies is a plus
3. Can work in high pressure, open minded, hardworking, a good team player
4. Good in English both for written and spoken
5. Good with MS office software
