涉外商标经理-法律专业优先

工作职责：

1. 负责涉外专利、商标等全面流程管理制度的建立；
2. 涉外商标实践操作，主要是内外商标申请，包括国际商标注册和单一国注册；
3. 根据公司需求进行涉外商标申请建议和法律建议；
4. 对于各个国家商标法律制度和申请流程有比较全面的了解和实践；
5. 能够肩负起涉外商标部门内部规划和管理，部门内部员工考核和员工成长规划；
6. 领导团队，培养新人，提升团队专业服务技能。

职位要求：

1. 本科以上学历，法律专业优先；
2. 有3年内外商标从业经验和管理经验；
3. 能够独立处理各国各种商标案件；
4. 具有较高的专业素质和文字能力，思维严谨；
5. 必须具有团队精神和较强的沟通能力；
6. 有良好的沟通和协作能力，能够承受一定的工作压力；
7. 电脑操作熟练，英语良好。
