1.为来自热线电话、电邮、实时聊天软件、社交平台、信件、传真的查询及投诉，提供专业、优质的回复和跟进。

  

2.与内部其他部门协调联络，以解决客户的问题和要求

  

3.记录所有客户查询、反馈及投诉，并确保其准确性

  

4.监控订单状态 ? 确保订单在商定的期限内完成

  

5.准备报告供管理层阅读及参考

  

6.一般文书工作。必要时，需履行临时职责以满足业务需要

  

7.向香港总部办公室的汇报工作进度

  

  

职位要求:

  

1.大专或以上程度。一年或以上工作经验，具客户服务经验优先

  

2.具良好的沟通技巧及应对能力，有耐性，责任心，态度积极正面，主动性强, 具专业顾客服务精神。

  

3.精通MS Office（如: Word，Excel等）

  

4.良好的国语、粤语、英语口语和书写阅读能力

  

5.口齿清晰，广东话标准

  

6.有在线购物平台经验优先
