Responsibilities

  

• Provide timely support to the Sales, Planning & Operations teams

• 向销售运营团队提供及时的支持

• Analyze sales performance of each point of sales on daily and monthly basis

• 针对销售业绩进行日/周/月报的数据收集和分析

• Maintain up-to-date customer profiles, brands and products information for internals and externals

• 维护更新的客户资料、内外部品牌和产品的信息维护

• Assist in monitoring inventory movement and against forecast and customer's orders

• 协助监控库存状态，并针对客户订单进行到货管理和计划

• Assist in handling and consolidating sales & forecast reports for management

• 协助处理销售和计划报表的整合和管理

• Understand the differences in product requirements between offline and online environments

• 清楚线上线下的产品需求分析

• Assist Sales Planning & Merchandising Manager to support the commodity classification of designated brands from Planning to execution

• 协助销售计划及商品经理对指定品牌的商品分类从计划到执行提供支持

• Assist Sales Planning & Merchandising Manager to conduct product analysis on designated brands

• 协助销售计划经理对指定品牌进行产品分析

• Assist Sales Planning & Merchandising Manager to help understand the behavior pattern of e-commerce channels by tracking the goods in e-commerce channels

• 协助销售计划经理跟踪电商渠道的商品，了解电商渠道的行为模式

• Requirements

  

• Degree holder or equivalent preferred

• 3 - 5 years relevant experience in sales / planning reporting

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft applications especially for Excel and PowerPoint

• Familiar with ERP systems, eg SAP

• Good command in English

• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

• Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines

• A good team player, detail-oriented, hardworking, independent and able to work under pressure

• Immediate available is preferred
