Responsibilities

  

• Provide timely support to the Sales, Planning & Operations teams

• Analyze sales performance of each point of sales on daily and monthly basis

• Maintain up-to-date customer profiles, brands and products information for internals and externals

• Assist in monitoring inventory movement and against forecast and customer's orders

• Assist in handling and consolidating sales & forecast reports for management

• Understand the differences in product requirements between offline and online environments

• Assist Sales Planning & Merchandising Manager to support the commodity classification of designated brands from Planning to execution

• Assist Sales Planning & Merchandising Manager to conduct product analysis on designated brands

• Assist Sales Planning & Merchandising Manager to help understand the behavior pattern of e-commerce channels by tracking the goods in e-commerce channel

Requirements:

·        Degree holder or equivalent preferred

·        3 - 5 years relevant experience in sales / planning reporting

·        Strong analytical and problem solving skills

·        Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills

·        High proficiency in Microsoft applications especially for Excel and PowerPoint

·        Familiar with ERP systems, eg SAP

·        Good command in English

·        Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

·        Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines

·        A good team player, detail-oriented, hardworking, independent and able to work under pressure

·        Immediate available is prefer
