Key Responsibility

  

• key role in designing robust, scalable and efficient business practices and operational processes to support business strategy 

• Collaborate with Business & IT stakeholders to capture and refine business process

• Work with all channel sales, marketing, operation, finance, GSC and other cross-function business leaders to build efficient and scalable end to end process and metrics

• Evangelize business process architecture as a discipline and practice

• Contribute in developing new operating model for business process architecture

• Driving training and skill uplift for process modeling resources across the company

• Seek out opportunities to automate processes to improve scale and efficiency

• Provide and communicate the value case of business process architecture

                

Skill and qualifications

  

• 5+years of experience in business process analysis

• Experience with establishing business process practices within a high-growth company

• Direct experience facilitating process documentation and process design session

• A natural curiosity to understand business from end to end at a very detailed level

• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
