Job Responsiblities:

> Carry out activities for the implementation of goals, policies, procedures, and systems pertaining to Quality Assurance.

> Efficiently implement the Quality Plan to bring the Company's QA Systems into compliance with quality systems requirements.

> Participate in the execution of change and enhancement efforts in Quality parameters across the organization to ensure compliance with the Company’s Quality Manual, garments industry standards, and legislation.

> Working with supplier directly when there's fabric issues come up.

> Conduct technical audit in fabric mill/washing laundry/trim factory.

> Engage in research, improving or developing new testing method and materials.

> Lead all activities to resolve all issues from the product development, production, laboratory testing, and shipment stage.

> Assist in the implementation of emergency response and building evacuations.

Requirements:

>Over 7 years fabric technician experience in textile industry 

>Experience in international laboratory testing is an advantage

>Strong Fabric testing and Colour assessment skill

>Deep understanding on fabric and industry

>Good communcatin and Problem solving

>Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English

>Bachelor degree major in textile
