招聘范围：大学四年级在校学生(纺织、印染专业可优先考虑)

职位描述

1. 测试跟进:

1-1. 跟进测试样品寄出与到达进度 (包括与负责报关的同事、供应商确认测试样品出货（用于报关的）资料的合理、准确性，以及样品清关情况) 。

1-2. 在系统中创建测试样品的测试任务。

1-3. 确认测试样品进度与结果。

1-4. 更新并提供测试进度报告。

1-5. 整理并更新样品存储清单: 与相关部门合作，及时更新记录（包括已测试样品的报废清单），并与供应商联系，将报废样品退回供应商做最终报废处理。

2. 跟进寄第三方测试机构的材料（尤其是布料）的寄出与到达情况。

3. 协助工程师跟进与调查新供应商、新零部件情况。

4. 协助工程师跟进新产品试产情况 (采集数据、拍照等)。

5. 协助工程师创建SOP (采集数据、拍照等)。

6. 协助工程师跟进供应商的改进项目。

7. 协助工程师开发与跟进新的量具。

8. 费用报销或其他简单的文职工作。

岗位要求：

1. 对数据敏感，做事认真、细心、负责。

2. 具有良好的职业道德、执行能力强、踏实稳重、诚实守信。

3. 熟练操作Excel。

4. 有一定的抗压能力，吃苦耐劳，团队意识强，理解能力好。

5. 有一定的沟通、协调能力。

6. 英语良好者优先。

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Durability testing:

1-1. Follow up sample shipping schedule (including working with logistics and supplier to confirm the shipping documents and sample custom clearance status).

1-2. Creation of tasks for testing (Taskman).

1-3. Confirm testing status/ result.

1-4. Prepare and submit testing report.

1-5. Golf bags/Travel gear tested/un-tested storage list: work with related team, update record in a timely manner (include the scrap list of tested samples), and contact with supplier to send back for final scrap.

2. Coordinate the shipping of the material for testing, specially for textiles.

3. Investigation for new suppliers, components, etc.

4. Support Product Qualification (capture data, take pictures, etc.)

5. Support SOP creation (capture data, take pictures, etc.)

6. Support Improvement Projects at Suppliers.

7. Support Gage creation / follow up.

8. Expense reports or any other simple reports.

Job Requirements:

1. Sensitive to data, a sense of responsibility, careful, serious-minded.

2. With good work ethic and steady, strong executive ability (powerful in schedule implement), and integrity.

3. Familiar with Excel.

4. Be able to work under pressure, hard work, a good team player, and good understanding/ comprehension ability.

5. Having the ability of communication and coordination.

6. A good command of English is a plus.
