职位简介：

这个职位将在产品开发工程师的指导下负责更新及(或者)绘制装饰类产品的CAD图纸。包括通过ECR/ECO程序处理一般产品以及通过NID’s处理新产品。也可能有需要介入NPE工作以及与供应商工程或制图方面的沟通。这个职位向工程经理汇报但同时也要接受团队中其他工程师的需求。

主要职责： 

1. 使用Onshape创建和修改元件、零部件和最终装配的2维/3维 CAD图。具体零件适用于各种制造技术，包括注塑、压铸、冲压、挤压、抛光等。
2. 转换、升级和支持旧文档以符合最新标准和***实践。
3. 在CAD环境中开发BOM表，将数据字段参数化，支持PLM和ERP功能。
4. 开发和维护数据组织结构和零部件/构建材料的资料库，以帮助促进ECR/ECO程序的标准化/通用化。
5. 协助项目中ECR-O-N程序的适当运行。
6. 其它由主管/公司布置的工作。

技能：

• 3年以上机械制图经验。

• 精通Auto CAD或Auto CAD LT。熟悉Microsoft Windows环境（Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook等）。会Solidworks, ProE, Onshape为佳。

• 有EMC认证和其他国际标准安全认证经验，如IEC、UL、ETL、CSA。

Position Summary：

This position will be responsible for updating and/or creating decorative product cads with direction from a product development engineer. This will include processing items through the ECR/ECO process along with new products through NID's. There will also be need for involvement with NPE and communication with vendor engineering/drafting. This position will report to Engineering Manager but also take direction from other engineers on the team.

Major Responsibility：

1. Updating and/or creating drawings for new product.
2. ECR/ECO processing and drawing.
3. Maintaining CAD files in CO
4. Processing new items through NID's
5. All other duties the supervisor/company might assign.

Skills / Competencies：

• Ability to detail components for various manufacturing techniques including injection mold, die cast and stamping.
• Good mechanical/electrical aptitude, familiar with basic assembly/fastening methods and tools. Must be able to physically unpack and assemble, a lighting fixture for production approval.
• Able to function in a team oriented environment.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently.
• Strong English skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Knowledge /Experience Education :

Min. 3 years of mechanical drafting experience

Certifications required :

Computer Drafting Technical School certificate.

Technology :

• Proficient with AutoCAD 2004 or AutoCAD LT 2004.
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows environment. ·
• Strong knowledge of computer software (i.e. People soft). ·
• Solid works a plus.
