职位描述

Location: Shenzhen

Purpose of the Job:

1) proactively identify the prospects within the client organization or clients within the same industry in order to enhance the market share.

2) lead pursuit teams, recommend & defend the win price, understand client drivers and competitor moves, interface with client on expectations, develop account plan, review and follow it;

3) Drive MSA/SOWs/payments (AR), resolve delivery escalations and complaints, mentor IBU account team with an objective of demonstrating business value to the client;

4) Maintaining the Infosys price premium, enhancing client satisfaction and growing about plan within the assigned account;

5) Recommend public engagements/conferences/Infosys events that the client and Infosys can jointly benefit from;

Essential Experience:

1) 10ys+sales experiences in IT industries with big deals (10M+) closing experiences (Prefer to candidates from Accenture, IBM, Cap Gemini, TCS, Tech Mahindra, etc.. )

2) Experience in Business/ IT consulting, have good understanding about IT services such as AMS/Infra/Package implementation etc..

3) Familiar with Local client, keep abreast of the latest developments in the industry, collect industry information and analysis of competitors;

Candidate Specifications:

1) Outsourcing industry knowledge, cost & revenue drivers for an IT organization, Business case creation, Financial ratios and analysis, Statistical analysis, Presentation skills.

2)Ability to learn quickly regarding the business processes of the client, Infosys' processes, and service lines. Should have excellent analytical skills. The ability to display initiative and work in an unstructured environment is a must.

3)Fluent English and Mandarin in order to deal with both local clients and global delivery team.

管理维护客户关系,挖掘新项目机会,和客户保持长期战略合作关系;

熟悉客户业务流程,不断了解行业最新动态,收集行业信息及竞争对手的分析;

根据团队目标规划,提出创新建议,积极交流,齐心协力打造一个不断进步,具有学习能力和战斗能力的团队。

职位要求:

本科以上学历,英语可作为工作语言;

10年以上业务拓展及销售管理领域经历,有大客户销售总监、高级客户经理等相关角色;

熟悉IT solution staffing 业务,有成功案例

较强的自驱力,耐挫力及情商,对客户需求的把握有较好的嗅觉及分析应对能力; 较强的组织内协调沟通能力;
