该职位所属销售部

岗位职责：

1.根据公司的战略和销售计划，形成相应的市场销售策略，并确保有效执行；

2.完成公司制定的销售计划，达成团队业绩；

3.负责对销售部门招募的人员进行甄选、辅导与管理；

4.对营销团队负责，做好营销团队管理工作，并定期向事业部总汇报；

5.对销售人员定期组织培训，，提高销售人员业绩。

任职资格：

1、大专以上学历， 5年以上销售经验，其中2年以上团队管理经验；

2、成熟、稳重、真诚积极主动，有很强的组织能力和团队合作精神；

3、优秀的中，英文书写和口语表达能力；

4、良好的人际交往和沟通能力，良好的独立和团队工作能力；

5、强烈的时间观念和服务意识灵活熟练的谈判技巧；

6、强有力的自律和自我驱动力，具有高度的团队合作精神和高度的工作热情；

7、能力突出者，条件可适当放宽。
