职位描述
1.熟悉1688店铺、淘宝、熟悉平台销售模式，熟悉推广营销渠道及数据复盘；
2.掌握电商平台政策和规定，维护和管理店铺的健康运作，了解平台的市场开发技巧并对营销战略实施运用。
3.完善店铺各种政策以及制度，保持和维护好公司店铺的好评率及信誉度，根据销售明细，进行销售分析。
4.对店铺运营核心数据进行定期分析呈报。
任职要求：
1.有一定的电商运营经验或自营平台有一定的认识；
2.电子商务、市场营销等相关专业，有服装类同行业运营相关经验者优先；
3.具有良好的沟通和团队管理能力，能够独立组建团队。
4.有强烈的责任感，上进心和事业心，沟通与组织协调能力，善于与团队进行交流合作。
