1. Follow up orders and manage relevant documents;
2. Record order and shipping information.
3. Communicate with factory and US office for order details;
4. Follow up factory’s daily production status/Booking status/shipping status, make sure cargo ship on time;
5. Communicate with factory if they have any questions for PO, Production, shipping and Payment;
6. Training new factory for Production/shipping/payment and relevant processes;
7. Communicate with forwarders if in need for any shipping issue;
8. Work with PD and QC team to make sure cargo ship on time.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. College or above degree;
2. +2 Years experience in relevant Merchandising Area;
3. Familiar with production, shipping and electronics products development process;  
4. Diligent and be willing to work under pressure, responsive and detail minded, cooperative and good team player;
5. Good at office software, such as Excel, PowerPoint etc.;
6. Fluent English intercommunication skills, excellent negotiation skills;
