Job Summary

This position is responsible for developing company’s retail sales in assigned China market.

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Achieve company assigned retail sales target

   完成公司指派的零售销售指标

2. Regular store visit to ensure the sufficient products, can deal with assignments independently

   例行巡店，确保门店有充足的货源，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务

3. Do sales analysis monthly according to sales report

   每月根据销售报表进行数据分析

4. Basic training for counter supervisor & counter sales

   为店铺人员进行常规培训

5. Coordinate with Marketing Depart for new store opening, concession image and sales promotion

   与市场部协作在新门店布置，提升专柜形象及销售推广

6. Update the market information and report to the Sales Manager

   随时更新市场情况，并汇报给销售经理

7. Build and maintain good relationship with corporate related dept

   与合作方相关部门进行日常关系的建立、沟通与维护

8. And other assigned duties by direct supervisor

   以及主管指派的其他任务

Requirement

1. College or above大专以上学历；

2. 5 years or above sales experience, watch industry is preferred;

   工作5年左右零售行业销售经验，有手表行业经验者优先考虑；

3. Good at English writing and reading英语读写熟练；

4. Detail oriented and strong execution with self motivation;

   工作细致认真，执行力及进取心强；

5. Good communication and negotiation skills for the company;

   有很好的谈判技巧及能力，能维护公司利益；

6. Good commitment and team work spirit;

   有良好的敬业精神和团队合作精神，及沟通协调能力

7. Can work independently to solve the problems

   现场独立处理问题的能力

8. Can work under pressure

   能在一定压力下工作；

9. Familiar with windows and office software

   熟练掌握WINDOWS操作系统及OFFICE软件；

10. Frequently business travel as needed

    因工作需要经常出差
