Responsibilities工作职责 ：

1. 负责仓库整体日常工作的按排，合理调配人力资源，按照产线需求提供仓储配送服务
2. 现场管理的督导，5S监督推行、重视目视化管理，应用系统化的方法改进仓库工作操作流程，逐步实现仓库运作自动化、智能化
3. 对仓管员工进行业务技能培训和考核，提高员工素质和工作效率
4. 仓库团队管理，员工考评

    

Requirements 任职要求 ：

  1. 大专以上学历，物流或管理相关专业

  2. 丰富的仓库管理经验，曾任仓库主管2年以上

  3. 能把英文作为工作语言

 4.  擅长沟通，团队合作

 5.  抗压性较强
