Key responsibility:
1.FullyutilizerelevantATSensuringthatactivitiesareconductedwithintheATSasappropriate, that data accuracy and quality is maintained through all processes and that it accurately reflects the status of all activity
2. Engage with Hiring Managers to take detailed briefs on role requirements
3. Source candidates utilizing different channels through
4.Begintodevelopownnetworkofcandidatesandseektogrowsuchnetworkwithrelevantcandidatesforsectorsupported
5. Manage job postings,ensuringadvertsarecompellingandaccurateandpositionedformaximumeffectiveness
6.Uponapplication,screenandqualifycandidatestodeterminesuitabilityandobtainrequiredinformation(e.g.availability, permission to represent) to create long-lists
7. Build and develop talent pools of qualified candidates(prior to application or post application as directed)
8. Ensure regular communication with HRBP team&Biz dept. to understand ongoing requirements and to share progress of activity
9.Ensurethatallapplicantrecordsareupdatedinsystemwithapplicantsbeingrejectedasappropriateandsuitableapplicantsmovedtotalentpoolsforfuturereference
10.Appropriately escalate any issues in relation to the supply of recruitment services as appropriate
11. Participate and contribute within team meetings
12.Developabroadunderstandingofcandidatesourcingtechniquesandstrategiesthroughattendingtrainingandnetworking.
13.Participant in recruitment relevant projects


Qualification
1.Bachelor degree or higher
2.Experienceincandidatesourcingorrecruitmentwithadetailedunderstandingoftheendtoendrecruitment
process
3.Experienceofworkingwithrecruitmentsystemsandmaintainingahighlevelofdataintegrity
