 1 及时完成管理层分配的任务，并带领团队成功，高效地完成所有日常航班操作。 

 2 可以发现日常工作中的错误，并反馈给管理层。 

 3 需要正确及时的更新相关操作MOP。 

 4 制作检查表给自己团队中的员工日常工作中使用。 

 5 检查每日代理/PACTL/自己团队里的员工发送的报告是否正确。 

 6 确保以高质量完成对团队中新员工的现场培训。 

 7 根据管理层的要求，对自己团队里的员工开展PCM并确保他们知晓。 

 8.协助提供管理层AIE/QAP/每月自我审查时所需要提供的文件。          

要求                        

1.大专或相等以上学历。           

2. 能够流利地读写英语。     

3.对快件，航空，运输和货运行业有较丰富的经验。 

4. 良好的团队协作和沟通能力。
